Inclusion Ambassadors
At All Saints' Primary school we have five Inclusion Ambassadors from Years 5 and 6. They wear special purple badges and their role is to make sure everyone at our school feels equal, listened to and valued.
Our Inclusion Ambassadors:
- Are committed to promoting an inclusive culture within our school
- Either have lived experience in an area in which they can offer support, for example, are neurodivergent or have a passion for promoting inclusion. Their aim is to share their thoughts and experiences to support others
What do Inclusion Ambassadors do?
- Meet regularly to work together on promoting equality for all and to celebrate diversity
- Understand the 9 Protected Characteristics, the Equality Act of 2010 and develop their understanding of the Restorative Approaches
